The following Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale of products on our website - nordyo.com. All orders placed by you via this website as well as our deliveries and services are governed exclusively by this Terms and Conditions set out below, as applicable at the time the order is placed.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content, domestic or foreign.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on nordyo.com, please fill the online order form and send it electronically to nordyo.com, following the relevant instructions.
In order to complete your order and proceed with the checkout you will be asked to create an account. Shipping costs will be added to your order according to the delivery address provided by you. You will be redirected to a PayPal checkout page to make a secure payment.
You have to pay for the order in full at the time of ordering by one of the payment methods provided on the website.

do our best to help you.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply products to any individual or company. We will notify you if we are unable to proceed your order for any reason. If we have canceled your order, we will refund any payment already made by you via your payment method.
Our basic prices are in US Dollars, shipping cost excluded. In Russia we receive payments in Russian rubles
according to the exchange rate of Russian Central Bank on the day of payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express payments through Paypal or direct payments through PayPal. If any problems arise when placing an order, please contact us by e-mail. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail after you place the order. This e-mail will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide.
All parcels are shipped from Russia with Russian Post registered air mail or EMS (https://www.pochta.ru/en), we will e-mail you a tracking number once your parcel is shipped.

Standard shipping time: Russia 2 – 5 working days. EU 2-3 weeks. USA 3-5 weeks. Rest of the world - 4-8 weeks.
The estimated delivery times above are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Nordyo is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process and can not guarantee any firm delivery dates.
Our shipping rates do not include any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches it’s destination country.
Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Nordyo has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before you order.
In order to purchase from nordyo.com we ask you to set up an account and your personal information will be requested. The personal information we collect will only be used by Nordyo, for the purposes of fulfilling orders, tracking your purchase history, customer service and shopping overall experience, and for general marketing purposes. Your email and mailing address will be used to confirm your orders and to receive occasional promotional materials & special offers from our company. If you no longer wish to receive letters from Nordyo please contact our customer service. We will not give or sell any of your personal information to any third part.
INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE
Products displayed on this website are available in our stock and can be removed without any prior notice. The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without notice being given. We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please, take into account that monogrammed and personalized goods are not refundable according to the law. We accept returns of embroidered but not personalized items. At Nordyo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund within 14 days upon receipt.
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, that standard shipping charges will apply for all “free shipped” items and will be excluded from the amount refunded.
In case of faulty items shipping costs will be at our expense.
Please be aware that we can’t accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Nordyo must approve all returns. Before shipping back your items, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for return notification.
For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped via trusted carrier. Nordyo is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly within 5 working days.
We reserve the right established by law not to change or accept returns of good quality custom made, personalized or monogrammed products and also the products, purchased during sales and promotions
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
You must take care while opening the product for not to damage it when using sharp instrument.
In case of force majeure problem, Nordyo obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Nordyo can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Nordyo. A force majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
In such situations, Nordyo will do the best we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
