At Nordyo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. According to the law, personalized and monogrammed goods are non-refundable, we only accept returns of embroidered hankies without personalization. If for some reason you want to return the item you can do this within 14 days upon receipt. Just follow this instructions:
The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, that standard shipping charges will apply for all “free shipped” items and will be excluded from the amount refunded.
In case of faulty items shipping costs will be at our expense.
Please be aware that we can’t accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Nordyo must approve all returns. Before shipping back your items, send us an email at email@example.com for return notification.

For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped via trusted carrier. Nordyo is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail. Please, issue us with the parcel’s tracking number.
When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly within 2-3 working days.
